Md. Ariful Hossain Faisal is a dedicated textile engineer and academic with a strong foundation in yarn engineering and sustainable textile practices. He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering at the World University of Bangladesh and has previously held part-time lecturing positions at Daffodil International University. Faisal brings valuable industry experience from his role as a Quality Assurance Executive at Square Textiles PLC., where he specialized in spinning processes and quality control.
He holds a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX), where he ranked third in his department, and is presently pursuing his M.Sc. in the same institution. His research interests include sustainable production methods, recycling of textile waste, and process optimization. He has authored and contributed to multiple research publications in national and international journals.
Beyond his academic and professional achievements, Faisal is actively involved in volunteer work and extracurricular leadership, having served in several student organizations including cultural, literary, and sports clubs. He is also a regular voluntary blood donor. His technical skill set spans Python programming, Excel-based data analysis, academic research, and strategic planning.
