Short Biography:

Ajoy Roy has graduated from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering in 2017. Initially, he joined at Northern Tasrifa Industries Ltd. in August 2017 and continued until June 2018 as a Planning Executive.

Currently, he is working as a Lecturer in the department of Textile Engineering, World University of Bangladesh from July 2018. Besides, he is holding the honorary post of World University of Bangladesh Debating Club (WUBDC) as a Moderator and Coach. Moreover, he is working as an Executive member (Faculty) of World University of Bangladesh Cultural Club (WUBCC). He attained a Self-Assessment Project funded by HEQEPunder University Grand Commission (UGC), Bangladesh in 2018. At present, Mr. Roy is working as a dedicated member of  Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) team for his Department. He has published 03 international Research Papers in indexed journal and at present 2 new book chapters are about to ready to publish from Springer Nature, Singapore. Some publications are also under review stages.

Throughout his teaching career, he has supervised several groups of students from different batches in their Thesis & Industrial-training Courses. Mr. Roy has a strong connection and communication skills with his students and he loves to take the theory and lab classes with innovative ideas and modern educational strategy.

 

Mr. Roy has some research works on-‘Oxidative Clearing of PC blended fabric by Hydrogen Peroxide: an alternative to reduction clearing.’, ‘Potassium Permanganate Bleaching of Cotton Fabric by Varying Parameters.’, ‘The improvement process of RMG production by using Supply Chain Management (SCM).’ and so on.
