Short Biography:

Md. Nura Alam Shiddique has been working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering since September 2023. Mr. Shiddique completed his M.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University and BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology, with a specialization in Fabric Manufacturing Engineering. Mr. Shiddique completed his B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Shiddique has more than eight years of teaching experience at different universities and eight international publications, among them some of the Scopus-indexed journals. During his teaching career, he has helped numerous students with thesis supervision, consulting on job preparation, and advising fresh graduates for higher study. Mr. Shiddique has well-rounded experience with the OBE curriculum system. His recent research areas are sustainable textiles, bio-degradable textiles, circular economy, fabric property analysis, and smart textiles.
