Policies

Membership Policy

Open to all students of WUB with an interest in fashion and creativity.
Members must actively participate in at least two club activities per semester.
Leadership roles (President, Secretary, Event Coordinator, etc.) will be elected annually.

Activity & Event Policy

All fashion shows, exhibitions, and workshops must reflect the values of creativity, inclusivity, and professionalism.
Collaboration with external designers, photographers, and brands will be encouraged, with prior approval from the faculty advisor.
Events should highlight both individual and team creativity.

Code of Conduct

Respect and inclusivity are mandatory—no discrimination based on gender, appearance, or background.
Members should maintain professionalism in presentations, collaborations, and industry meetups.
Intellectual property rights of designs and creative works must be respected.

Financial & Resource Policy

Funding may come from university support, sponsorships, or event revenues.
All expenses must be documented and approved by the club treasurer and faculty advisor.
